I wanted to get to brain storming a lot of the creative aspects ahead of time. I usually end up being indecisive about a final design so organizing my thoughts a little earlier has helped me a bunch. This semester I found myself having a hard time balancing documentation and my other course load. As usual final season catches up to everyone and I've been trying to keep consistent. I ended up finishing a couple of tracks to get an idea of what a final section might look like/thematically be like. I also finished the initial design of the main character, an attack animation, and started brainstorming one of the enemy types.
I think for next semester I will try and organize a day where I can have dedicated time to work on our game. I found that I get a lot down in group meetings and I end up finalizing them later when I'm in a less distracting environment . I usually end up missing small things like spelling mistakes but I prefer to get all the ideas down first rather than immediately perfecting them I found that it makes for a more organic workflow.
