Head Bonk Harry is a playable prototype

Game is playable as a bare bones prototype.

Focus is on movement/core mechanics.

Code is spaghetti already, just trying to see if there's some fun hidden in there somewhere.

Harry explodes kinda cool if hit with a rock, so that's cool.
