v1.4 - Some adjustments

- New: Spawn End parameter for projectiles, obstacles and enemies
- New: Moving platforms can now be used to move player based on gravity setting
- Adjustment: Modified how changing game rectangle works
- New: Move lines for snap movement
- Adjustment: Changed how rect collider works, rotating rectangle collider can now work
- New: Added Homing projectile controls
- Pending: Player shield mode
- Demo (MZ): Added a few enemies to test various game setups
- Fix: Player slow movement on obstacle
- Miscellaneous minor fixes performed.
