Update 4

Update to help with speed-running!

• There is an in-game master timer that runs at the game speed regardless of realtime lag or speedups.  This will only appear after you have completed the game at least once.
• You can speed up the transitions and countdown by holding down the left mouse button.  Note this will not cause a difference in your master time in-game.
• You can now move the camera and zoom during the countdown.
• Version number added.
