Game Update - Version 1.4

Hello all!

Yet another update to for this game. The latest version you should be playing is 1.4.

Fixes include:

1. If you pick up the call twice, you will encounter the same dialogue with Hal if you tell him about the call. This error is fixed - the 2nd dialogue should be completely different from the first.
2. You can now skip the instructions page! You can only see it if you choose that option in the Start Menu.
3. If you played it on the browser, I finally figured out how to change the colour of dialogue palette! It should be the same colour as the rest of the game now.
4.  Save/Load game should be working properly now. 
5. Some minor text display errors on the Gameboy
