Tile updates:

• Updated mud, taiga and tundra
• Added "taidra" and "tundra snowy"

Object updates:

• Added "ancient tree" (10 variants for different seasons and with/without cut)
• Updated bush, berry bush and blueberry bush (13 seasonal variants in total)
• Updated cedar (now taller)
• Added lava pond (4 variants)
• Added maelstrom and a disturbed variant
• Updated pine tree (now taller, 4 snowy/decorative variants)
