General Fixes 4

Some things fixed and added include the following:

• Fall damage has finally been added; Fygoon now explodes into bloody chunks if he falls from a great enough height
• Instruction manual has been included in the downloadable ZIP file
• Fixed the annoying bug where, if you fall in lava while in combat mode, the camera flies to the origin of the stage; camera now stays on Fygoon
• The Iron Ghetto has been made as pretty as a polluted, city-sized factory ghetto can get

Things to be added:

• Hurt animations for Fygoon
• The sidequest with the Ageless Drillzor to receive the Health Upgrade
• Cutscenes
• The rest of the game
