Preparing for Steam release!

I’m preparing this game for a Steam release! That means that many things have been updated!

• Added big coins to three of the four levels. Collect them all for… nothing yet, but you’ll see!
• Added an options menu with cheats
• New UI for selecting levels to play
• Fixed a bug where loading a level would not unload entities from previous levels
