Price Increase Date

That’ll be the date for the next 1.16 stable release and the date when the price of Pixel Composer will increase to $10. Unless:

• Some catastrophic bug is found in the program that takes a very long time to fix (which is very unlikely)
• Steam takes longer than 1 week to approve the price modification request (which I actually don’t know how long it’ll take, but it shouldn’t be that long… right?).
