Made more asset to my free pack list (CC0) The new one was First Person Controller for Unity.  Contains a controller with many features,  Walk, Run, Crouch, Jump, Prone, Flashlight and battery system, Chair controller, Grabable items (grab, rotate, throw), Camera zoom, Stamina system, first person animations body.
