- New Terrain System! Now instead of premade low poly terrain there is fully procedural more realistic looking unity terrain.
- With the new terrain now tracks are more dynamic too and can turn and twist instead of always being flat.
- New UI graphics. Not fully implemented yet.
- Added lots of new train models by Hee Seung.
- Added lots of new environment art by JJ.
- Added destructible enemy bullets. Only the player can shoot at these though.
- Made train health more collective. Now you only lose if everything on your train explodes. With this change now mysterious cargo destruction is not instant lose, but it makes it repair slower.
- New buildings:
- Scrapper: turns carts/artifacts into scraps, which can be used to upgrade anything
- Artifact only market: Like flea market but only has artifacts.
- Recycler: Converts the cart to a different random cart.
- World map now matters and new buildings on appear on certain cities. so the cargo choice now also matters.
- New tutorial and story bits at the beginning. Although I will revamp that again soon. Meeples finally can talk but only during this initial tutorial story bit.
- Track choices now show the dominant enemy. However that will also get revamped soon.
- Meta progression! Enemies drop coins which you can use to upgrade your train health, damage, and ammo. Also is used to unlock new carts and gems and relics.
- You can now get artifacts and cards from last run.
- Armor removed.
- Made another controller pass to make things nicer. Train snapping should work better now.
