v1.8 - Backdrops! Smooth frame rate!

Easy Godding has been updated to version 1.8!

I am afraid there are still no new elements in this version. Here are the fixes and features I added, though:

• Backdrop images of SPACE are available (and on by default). Flick through the images and select light or dark versions in the options.
• Optimised game to run at 30fps solidly
• Fixed field-full tutorial not showing
• Changed ribbon option "hide completed elements" which probably wasn't working actually, to "hide elements whose direct descendents are discovered". Ribbon difficulty options merged into one option in the options menu.
• Having ideas now causes a little celebration effect.
• Small fixes and tweaks to the intro.
