1.3 Changelog:
- Tattletale VALD changed to Lock On when it detonates (instead of dealing damage) in order to increase synergy with the Mitscher's primary frame trait.
- Autonomous Targeting Array frame trait changed to be clearer in formatting, as well as allow the Mitscher to add or remove the Smart tag on an attack.
- Small flavor text adjustments.
