v2.1.1 patch for Wario Pill 2!

Changelog:

• A game breaking bug with one of the levels has been fixed. (It has also been added to the Level Select, hooray!)
• Some sound effect bugs have also been fixed.
• Jittery Camera has not been fixed, it's too hard.
• Most values reset properly now. Pressing Control + TAB now restarts the entire game.
• New effects have been added to the Final Level - The Great Escape!
• Mario Pill's second phase lasts slightly longer, and the Sonic shooting ball pills uses a different, more fitting sound effect.
• Minor bug fixes.
