New effect: Summon a random minion.

• Fix various multiplayer issues.
• Fix hidden mods in My Games.
• Fix resurrect top & bottom being flipped.
• Fix issue with sorting in mod browser.
• Mod browser hidden in web until fixed.
• Popup text no longer appears on minions in the grave.
