New Monsters, QoL, bugfixes

New content : 

• 8 new monsters in the fire region,
• In Training battles, only monsters of the world element will appear (forest grass, lava fire)

Temporary content removal : 

• The ugly idle chest is gone until i rework it,
• The skill animations are removed until i add them all by the end of the week,

UI Fixes : 

• Levelup section now closes when sliding left / right to another monster,
• Speed up button now works during battle
• Auto buttons now reappear after closing some menus,
• Character selector screen when starting new game fixed,
• Character name selection limited to 14 characters, and added server error handling when name is refused by the server,
