So Lilah did the big old update post where we have the new file up (thanks muchly)

Well, you might notice that the Magarac is still missing. That's because we found a number of design issues with the Magarac. Unfortunately that's the rub with big ol' machines and Lilah was having a lot of issues with it. So instead we're retooling the Magarac entirely, and adding a number of new rules.
