Bug Fix, Increase in Quality, and Higher Bets on Roulette

Heyo,

Roulette Now has the possibility of stacks larger than 1 (maxing out at 20) on the Inside Bets, with the Outside bets constantly being a unit of 5. 

I have attempted to optimise the videos, and settings of them within Unity. This has allowed for higher video quality, at a lower file size, which is great!

I also removed a few bugs, such as the video artefacts on Mobile, as well as the Roulette Exit button, which just closed the app, and didn't return you to menu.
