When it comes to scheduling in general, I'm rather bad as I can be very forgetful and have a sense of time blindness. However, it is incredibly helpful having a list of what I need to do. Having that reminder refreshes my memory and allows me to create a mental map of what should be done next, especially with all the tasks I need to complete in one place.
Trello is very helpful in this, as it's listing system is very intuitive and reminds me of what needs to be done and things that I've already completed. It's also an easy way of informing my team what I'm doing and have already done, while updating me what needs to be done for others as well. Additionally, setting a deadline for my tasks increases my general productivity and allows me to get things done in a timelier manner.
