Third party tileset work in progress

Hi survivors,

I've been working on adding third party tileset support to Robinson. The best reason for this is that it helps players use fonts that meet their accessibility requirements. The second reason is that it offers a higher level of customizability.

Licensing challenges make it difficult to include tilesets in Robinson directly, so I've been working on a configuration menu to add new tilesets. It's hard to make it more simple than this, but I'm curious. What are your thoughts? Too technical? To obtuse? How would you make it more straightforward?
