Version 1.1.0

This is an update to improve the experience with the game. Some of the new features and changes are:

• Steam API implemented.
• Updated the co-op experience. Player 2 can now progress through dialogue even if the first player is out of lives.
• Fixed a display issue on stage 3 in Marisa's scenario where a question mark was displayed instead of an apostrophe in one line (thanks E. Enthusiasm).
