Ultra wide monitor fix

We've received some comments from people having issues playing the demo while using ultra wide monitors so we adjusted the UI canvas's so all the buttons should now be visible. You will still notice some visual bugs when using ultra wide resolutions but the game should at least be playable from start to finish.
