Update v0.0.9

Hi everyone,

Version 0.0.9 is now live. Cards now have a rarity to increase player progression and make the game feel more like a reverse bullet hell.

Patch notes:

• Added rarity for cards.
• Added 1 card of each rarity for each weapon in the game.
