V1.16.2 bugfix

Greetings Agents🎮,

Iterating on the last update to fix some nasty bugs that squeezed in🐜. 

• Added setting for NPC reacting to physics (by default to false: you need to enable it)
  
  • In video menu (HUD and physical menu)
  • NPC reacting to physics is a really cool feature but still experimental, it could have a high cost on CPU
• Fixed bugs 🐜
  • You don't need to be at 50 cm of enemy for the weapon to be effective
  • No more flashlight switching on its own, only your hand can trigger the button
  • Teleport ray going out of the wrong hand in left-handed mode
  • Seams in walls of HQ map
