What I Did :
- Completed Building 1 Platform Puzzle Functionality
- Castle - Japanese Village Moving Platform implemented (you can finally continue to next puzzle now!)
- Design & Begin Implementation of the next Parkour Puzzle
- Began implementation of Audio Zones (So now different areas will have different music that seamlessly transition between one another)
Findings/Bugs :
- Bug with sphere being too big/close to ground. Making certain moving platform disappear.
~ Tried to fix many ways using distances, then comparing y values (which didn't work because of of discrepancies in the y-values in the unity object environment), and then finally decided to reduce the sphere radius for the sphere cast.
~ Then while working on the Castle -> Japanese Village platform I found out that it was actually an issue with the size of the trigger box collider on the platform, and so I just reduced the height of those trigger box colliders so they wouldn't collide with the sphere-cast, and that solved the problem for those certain platforms.
- Fixed the cover walls on the bottom of the Japanese Village so that they were better positioned looks-wise.
