Mayor changes
- Added a new encounter, the doctor! He can fully heal you but will ask for a small price!
-Random encounter rate has been raised. (From 1/10 each day to 1/8). This should keep playthroughs a bit fresher.
Minor changes
-Disabled "Autosave" as it was meaningless.
-Disabled "Continue" to avoid save scumming.
-Disabled "Options" as there were none to begin with.
