Survey and Credits Added

Good day! I recently added the following features:

1. Credits

After the final boss you will see a temporary credits transition that will be replaced in the near future when endings are released, the game continues as normal afterward if you wish to keep playing without anymore story battles

2. Survey

This survey is live and will be edited when the endings are added, please let me know your thoughts! I will be keeping up with the results and deciding which characters to add weight stages to first based on the data shown!
