Hexlord 1.02 out

Fixes 2023-11-04 (v1.02)

General:

• Added Linux and macOS build. The builds are largely untested, let me know if you encounter any issues and I will fix them.
• With the introduction of a few new hexes, the chances of encountering negative neutral hexes should be evened out between factions. Previously, e.g. Byzantium encountered fewer negative hexes on average.

Fixes:

• Favor the Greens Event Card now correctly spawns Green Circus Factions (Byzantium).
• Fixed some Typos.

New Hexes:

• Added new enemy Pretender Rebel! for Byzantium.
• Added new enemy Vendetta! for Venice.
• Added new neutral Heathland for England.
• Added new Nobility Mercenary Camp for Byzantium.
• Added pre-existing enemy Raider! to Byzantium.
