0.45.1 - Once upon a Time

This version introduces storytelling-subsystem - the part of the game in charge of telling the story. It still has very few story elements to choose from, but it's an important milestone in development.
Full changelog:
- Added a storytelling system.
- Added 4 new story elements.
- Fine-tuned HUD display of LIDAR.
- High-energy impacts now can cause explosion.
