Gubat Banwa 1.51
Hey gang, here's 1.51 released. Check out the changelog: lots of miniature changes.
Gubat Banwa 1.51
- Added the Tumbling Mantra to consolidate “move through enemies” effects.
- Added Accuracy and Inaccuracy Mantras to consolidate “Hit on 5+/Parry on 5+/etc.” effects. They also stack.
- Added the Extinguishes Mantra to consolidate “blows away fires” effects.
- Added “Can move over enemies but not end in their tiles” effect for Fly.
The Battlefield
- Added the Climbable descriptor: Climbable objects are objects that can be treated as Elevations and can be moved on top of, provided you have enough Jump. Trees, Great Trees and Boulders are climbable.
- Wall now has the following text: When a Wall is forcibly moved, they suffer Hits instead equal to the movement (Push 2 inflicts 2 Hits to the Wall instead).
Disciplines
Buwaya Lancer
- Crocodile Knight now has the following text: When you start your riff, you may taunt all enemies in your Lair until the end of your next riff.
- Snapping Dragon now is a straight up Slide 1.
Sarimanok Knight
- Sarimanok Knight has their Philosophy cleared up and buffed. It now has the following text:
When you make an attack, you may taunt all targets of that attack until the end of your next riff, an arrow from heaven pointing at them. When an enemy taunted by you...
0 ...makes an attack that doesn’t include you as a target...
0 ...leaves a tile adjacent to you...
0 ...they lose their Taunt (the Taunt ends or they are Taunted by another)...
...you may smite them, consuming their Taunt. The effect below is applied before the triggering action. Choose a Smite below:
0 Contempt. Inflict 1 Hit and their next attack is Dulled.
0 Justice. Inflict 1 Hit and then fly to a tile adjacent to them.
0 Corruption. Inflict Debilitate, Wide Open and Set Aflame.
- Tempest Garuda Lance now no longer Slides.
- Manaul Angers The Sky has been changed so that it’s not mechanically the same as Ferocity Mantra and fits the Sentinel role better.
Bladeweaver
- Now has the following text on their surat Philosophy mechanic: You and all allies in the square Heal 1/4 of their HP, gain +1 Accuracy on all Attacks and Defenses, and gain Overwhelming attacks until the end of their next riff.
- Musang Talon Mentala now grants 1 Accuracy.
- Sword God Rider now has the following text: Gain +1 to your Jump. When you Rush, you now Float as you fly upon a hovering sword or any other kind of weapon. Any ally you move through during this Rush gains Accuracy to their next attack.
Headtaker
- Enlightenment now has the following text: When you move while in Stealth, that movement is now Floating and Tumbling.
- Owl Step now grants Shadowblades.
- Headlopper’s 2 Beat Version, MURDERER LOPS OFF GOD’S HEADS, now lets you Rush your Speed, Tumbling, and get Accuracy to all Posture rolls until the end of your next riff if the attack Staggers the enemy,
- Headlopper’s 3 Beat Version is now PANNAKATAI SEIZES THE WHEEL.
Strifesinger
- Paean to the Unexalted now grants Haste and Accuracy
Martyr
- Clarified that Frenzy doesn’t inflict 1 extra Hit on the target of the melee attack, just every other enemy around them.
- Enlightenment: Divine Striving now grants RECKLESS and OVERWHELMING while Staggered, and TRUE ATTACKS when at 0 HP. When you first fall to 0 HP in Violence, your next melee attack becomes a True Attack.
Heavenspear
- Choking Vaults Heaven now grants Accuracy instead of +1d.
- Enlightenment: Heaven Render: now has the following text: When you Fly, your next attack gains Overwhelming and Relentless.
Anting
- New Anting that keys off of Tumbling! Boar Tusk Armlets: When you move with Tumbling, your next melee attack gains +1d, to a maximum of +3d.
- Gimas Mask now inflicts Vulnerability to Attacks that Set Aflame until the end of your next riff.
- Blaze Mutya now has the Effect: On Non-Area Attacks, when you roll a 10, the attack now Sets Aflame.
- Calcified Lightning now has the Effect: When you roll an 10 on a non-area attack, the attack now Shocks.
- Copper Cat Vestiges now has the Effect: All your attacks against bleeding targets gain +1d. On Non-Area Attacks, when you roll a 10, the attack now Bleeds.
- Peakflower Diadem now only triggers 1/Violence.
- Wicked Panabas has the additional effect: If you already have Overwhelming, your attack gains Accuracy instead.
