Patch 0.4.2

Fixes / Improvements:

• Added close buttons to focused challenges and the menu sidebars to make navigation a bit more intuitive.
• Fixed the propellant status bar displaying fraction of max delta-v instead of max propellant mass.
• Fixed location description overlapping challenge window when a challenge was resolved.
