add (quat) enable quaternion and set quaternion

add (quat) 

• Enable quaternion to be used for rotation
•  Set quaternion w/ angle offsets (quaternion must be JSON array string format)

To be used with the rotate 3d behavior on 3d shape, so the can sync to apply physics to 3d object.
