More bug fixin' and updates!

Just to update you on a couple small changes since last devlog. 

• Now you can't pause during conversations and soft lock you.
•  Available money is now displayed during refueling.
• Talking to the npc is necessary to finish the delivery instead of just colliding with them to prevent "double deliveries".
• Certain world areas like the shop interior no longer flicker in and out of existence. 
• Better shop and conversation menu:
  • Shop menu now shows as 2D popup instead of as an in-world object.
  • Cant move camera or change view modes while using the shop menu or during conversations
  • Player character now automatically rotates to face talking NPC (in first person).
• Improved inventory:
  • Inventory now shows a preview of the item before selecting it.
  • Game now un-pauses on inventory item selection.

As always thanks for your support and for reading this. I'll continue fixing some other issues that I've been noticing. Hopefully there's not many game breaking bugs now, but there's still other smaller bugs and lots of performance issues.
