Festival Update!

New Hats!

• Sticks with CustomModel Data 35-38 are Festival Hat, Bud Bucket Hat, Meta Dapper Hat, and a dumped Pasta Bowl respectively.

New Telecast Item!

• Inksac with custom_model_data 504 is a slideshow

Other:

• Unique Tool!  Brushes have been replaced with Sparklers
• New Decorations!  Redstone Torch Custom Model Data 3 are now twinkling hanging lights!  Put them in an invisible item frame to spruce up the area
• I think I changed a texture somewhere but who knows what or where and I'm not digging through the files to find it
• There are no new emotes or sounds.  Oh well
