Bugfix Update

Hello!
After the launch of this game, a few bugs have appeared here and there.
This new version removes some of them including the following:
- Tower of Hanoi game only working with controller
- Paddling and using items at the same time resulting in issues
- Throwing spears crashing the game
- Not being able to throw spears from on a raft
- And more!
