Eating infected corpses has a chance to infect you

When the player is infected they roll toughness saves till either the host bursts from them or they kill in from inside

Also the player icon near the health bar now changes if the player is a different entity. Currently trying to see how to make it where it updates and to make the player health bar do the same'
