Beta 0.9.2 Update

Beta 0.9.2 Update:
Hey everyone! Been slacking on the devlog updates the past year or so - I have been working on my game regardless. I've had a lot going on this year (including becoming a father!) so what little time I've had for game development I've chosen to spend on... well... game development and not writing about game development :)
I've recently put out an update in the past month and I've just released a new update taking in a lot of the feedback I've received!
Changes:
- Added Restart Level in the pause menu. Added confirm yes/now dialogs when clicking restart/quit
- Added a percentage health indicator that appears when you damage larger enemies
- Reduced death bomb window. It was too long and felt disjoined from being hit too much. Death bomb window is now 4 frames. I also added a target indicator highlighting the bullet that hit the player
- Overhauled the UI. All core elements now surround the play area and the side panels are limited to extra info. Added better UI indicators on special charge status
- Removed the need to press two buttons for the special attack. There should now just be a single button to press/hold for the special attack
- Slightly reduced the enemy bullet hitboxes
- Reduced the speed penalty when using focus/special fire (i.e. the player moves faster)
- Altered behavior of some popcorn enemies to improve overall level flow
- The "Elite" difficulty level is now treated as a completely seperate arrange (because it is) with a different scoreboard. There are now two difficulty levels, Normal and Veteran - both levels have the same structure except Veteran has some different enemy spawns with denser (but not completely different) bullet patterns.
