Amendment #2.1 to Test

A few minor fixes to The Test. 

• a slight delay after the button is pressed or the timer moves forward - which will prevent the Participants from skipping slides by mistake. 
• "reset test" option has been added to main menu should the Participant want to start from the beginning. 
• a few other minor tweaks
