v2.3.0 progress update

Happy Halloween -

The AI Runner v2.3.0 update is still progressing smoothly. You can take a look at the PR on Github to see the scope of the update and a partial list of changes. The update is massive. 1441 files changed, 346 commits.

Here are some of the highlights:

• Controlnet and img2img UX overhaul
• Preliminary LLM Support for Llama 2 and Flan T5 LLM models
• Move to SQLiteDatabase managed with SQLAlchemy
• Model Manager and CivitAI downloader

There are many more changes and improvements in this update, so be sure to look at the pull request.

In the meantime, by way of reminder I am the sole developer on this project.
