Update 2

Another important update:

• Instead of slowing down, the game will skip frames if the GPU can't keep up.  This makes the game much more playable if you want higher resolutions.  However, I still recommend lower resolutions if you cannot maintain 60fps.
• Fixed the crushing bug in 'Planet Crusher'.
