Initial integration of Rotate3D (and add pyramid shape)
If a 3D Shape also has the Rotate 3D behavior on it, the 3D Shape will be enabled to rotate on all 3 axes in physics and visually.
When this is enabled, the Rotate 3D Aces will no longer be active, the rotation will be controlled by the physics body.
The object's original angle rotation (e.g. z angle) will still work, as will behaviors that change the object angle (e.g. the original Rotate that works only on one angle.)
I am working out if and how the Rotate 3D ACEs could 'override' the physics body models (e.g. set rotation for x and y). Thoughts?
Use: mikal_rotate_shape-1.5.0.c3addon or later for compatatbility.
