Dev Log #3: Week 5

Borrowed Time
A downloadable game for Windows

During team meetings, we noticed we frequently went around in circles discussing what could be done, instead of implementing and testing these ideas. After noticing this, we made an effort to try out new ideas as often as we could instead of debating them, so we could playtest and see what would work better and minimise time wasted during meetings. 

 We also noticed that meetings tended to become long when members discussed the specific details of tasks, so we decided to have separate meetings, primarily with the artists, where these decisions would be made. The lead artist would then communicate these decisions to the creative director. Meetings on Wednesday and Friday were focused on task progression and keeping everyone updated.
