Update 1.3 - Rebalance and new content!

This update adds some major rebalances to make sure the game is fun, fair, and rewards strategic play! An immense thank you goes to everyone who has played and given feedback up until this point, I have done my best to implement solutions to the feedback I've gotten and make sure the game lives up to what I want it to be.

• Powerups & Obstacles: Each map now has its own set of powerups and obstacles that can randomly generate at the beginning of the game. These can range from single use bombs which explode nearby enemies in case of emergencies, to boulders which you must pay to demolish in exchange for another tower spot.
• New Map: Volcano is a grand final challenge that'll force you to master the game's mechanics. Plus, it has edgy industrial background music. A win-win!
• Rewarding Aggression: In the previous versions of the game, I feel I missed the mark with providing meaningful choices in what minions players send. Now, minions are stronger and ghosts reward more gold, so aggressively sending units is a more viable strategy.
• Smarter AI: The game's CPU players are smarter now, especially on higher difficulties. They'll send harder minions more often, and have less randomized decision making so games are more consistently tricky.
