Ok, sorry for the cheesy commercial heading.
After more play testing, I realized the sound system was flawed. It just felt ... wrong. So, I pulled it. It's bad enough that you have to take a hit when failing a roll, but then to pile on a wound penalty just added insult to injury.
So, now things are even easier because there is one less thing to track.
Also, I updated the Optional Wealth rules to be even easier. No more assigning random numbers to represent value, which is really just cost when you think about it. The update makes wealth a Charm test vs. a difficulty. The more expensive an item is, the more difficult it will be to afford it. To change the odds, you can spend wealth points to reduce the difficulty. 1 point reduces the difficulty 1 level. You can spend multiple points if you like, but it can't be less than Very Easy.
