Hand-held light and small items

The hand-held light has a tendency to escape from game by clipping through the floor. This is not fixed and cannot be easily fixed, as such there are now spares to mitigate the issue.

Another potential issue is that some items the player is required to interact with in order to solve puzzles were tiny, they have been made slightly bigger.
