Changelist

• Armored enemies are slower when armored and the same speed as regular enemies when armor broken
• Triangle enemies can only shoot when on screen
• Triangle enemies have a graphic showing when they can shoot and how long until they can shoot again
• All enemy collisions made smaller
• Player collision made smaller
• Weapon collision made bigger
