Update 1.04: Halloween Update

This one is a quick one, I went in and added a SPOOOKY World 4! Halloween Update! Because there is certainly nothing going on in the world at the moment! Let's get spooky! Nothing at all happening in the world. Everything is fine. Look at the cute pumpkins.

I also unlocked all the worlds from the main menu so you can try out the new worlds without beating them all, horrific! Ghoulish, even. Much like the US government. Whoops. 

Thanks to itchio peeps elenetari for the cool pumpkin I mangled, dagon for the skele and tree assets, and dani maccari for the ghost! Outrageous! Haunted! Ghastly! Absolutely horrifying.
