Bugfixes:

• Fixed a bug where ghosts and saplings didn't give money

Ghost Hunt Changes:

• Ghost boss spawns every 60 spawns instead of 50.
• On wave 50, 1 final boss will spawn and you will win after that.
• The money multiplier is now 3 instead of 1.5
