Short but important Update
Had some complications with the render pipeline I was using, but everything is fine now. Performance should be better than before. Some major bugs were corrected and added small yet important features.
- Improved camera controller.
- Now you can move the camera around the character when on third person view.
- Added field of view slider for first person.
- You can also use Tab to alternate from first to third person view and vice versa.
- Beds can now be used to sleep to pass time.
- Added sound effects for landing, entering wall-run, jumping, double jumping, and when getting ragdolled.
- Accepting deliveries now requires you to open the menu instead of just accepting/refusing with one key.
- Added a button on the pause menu to teleport back home in case you are stuck on the terrain or hard to reach places.
- Now you can see the dialogue option's success chance before selecting it.
- Girls initially like you a bit more.
- Improvements in the movement system.
- Character no longer vibrates nor slides when idle.
- Character no longer clips through the ground.
- Character no longer does little hops while walking or running.
- Small aesthetic changes.
Overall the gamefeel is way better than before, but still I'll be correcting all the bugs I encounter and I'll continue polishing the main systems. Next big priority is fixing the constant frame drops. I'll keep you updated. And as always, thank you for your support.
