- added some cars with different max speeds, drift (or non-drift) behaviour; should make it easier to learn the controls
- added a first car upgrade prototype: for now only "health" actually has any effect (1 level of health = 4 integrity bars)
- changed wall impact: only lose health when above certain "drift speed"; less bounce; reduced "drift acceleration" for a short duration; wall impact effect
- minor stuff
